How to gain discipline?

We need discipline to stay WELL-THY.  Discipline can’t be learned in a day, we all have weaknesses and there needs to be a plan to overcome them. But how do you do that? What skill is required? There isn’t a skill — it’s just requires motivation. Commit yourself to a schedule and go the gym and don’t let anything to divert you from going. All you need to do is make it a habit and it will come to you.

You might have to cancel your plans for the sake of being in the gym, for sticking to the diet. You will have to learn to say ‘NO’.

Quick tips:

Start small, start from setting a fitness goal.

Set up an alarm. Early rising will change the way you function for the rest of the day.

Make sure you are in gym on time and out on time.

Skipping a workout is a big NO for beginners

Get in a workout in whatever capacity you can.

Take micro breaks after each exercise.

If you succeed at doing this, you will gradually build workout discipline and achieve your fitness goals.
