On the occasion of World environment day making offices eco-friendly to minimize the health issues of employees is important.
Maximum employees are suffering from deficiency of vitamin D, sleep apena, abdominal obesity as they are sitting for 8 to 10 hours every day. To minimize this damage to the body it is important to take up a few steps and work towards change.
- Switch from car to bicycle – those who are staying 5 to 7 kilometers close to office can opt for bicycle ride to work as it will help to exercise and also give the body the exposure to outside air.
- Climb the steps – Instead of using the elevator climb up the steps as it will give the body the required energy. It is also an easy indication of healthy heart.
