National Health Authority extends date of consultation for draft Health Data Management Policy
NEW DELHI, 4th September 2020: The draft Health Data Management Policy for the National Digital Health Mission has been uploaded on the portal on 20th August 2020. It can be accessed at https://ndhm.gov.in/stakeholder_consultations/ndhm_policies. Based on representations received so far and in order to further deepen the process of consultation on draft Health Data Management Policy for the National Digital Health Mission (NDHM), National Health Authority (NHA) has decided as follows:
- The date of consultation is further extended up to 21st September 2020.
- NHA has initiated steps to make the website accessible to persons with disabilities as per the extant guidelines.
- In addition to online mode of submission, feedback shall also be accepted by registered posts/courier. Representations may be sent to:

About National Health Authority (NHA):
The National Health Authority (NHA) is the apex agency of the Government of India responsible for the design, roll- out, implementation and management of Ayushman Bharat- Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (AB PM-JAY) and the National Digital Health Mission across the country. NHA functions as an attached office of the Ministry of Health and Family welfare and is governed by a Governing Board chaired by the Union Minister of Health & Family Welfare and has 11 members. Inter-alia, its functions include formulation of PMJAY policies, development of operational guidelines, implementation mechanisms, coordination with State Governments, monitoring and oversight, among others.
