Monitor your food intake
As we have a lot of spare time at our disposal and have no deadlines or commitments, few of us might even be stressed about doing nothing and just being home, with all this we tend to emotionally eat and crave for foods which are low on nutrition like wafers, biscuits, ice-creams. We need to be watchful about what we eat as it’s going to be very easy to gain weight with a sedentary lifestyle. Chose healthy options like Chana chat, corn chat, roasted chivda, dates, fruits when you what to satisfy your cravings for spicy or sweet food
Choose proteins over Carbohydrate rich food sources

Make workout a part of your routine
